My name is Keegan Smith...

I'm a performance coach educator who's worked with Premiership winning Sydney Roosters in the Australian National Rugby League (NRL) along with 5 other professional teams. 

I have interned and done private study with - Wim Hof, Ido Portal, Coach Sommer, Charles Poliquin, Phil Richards (Europe's first Westside barbell certified coach), Dan Aubin (Canada gymnastics), Derek Woodske (NFL and Poliquin group strength coach) and many more.

I spent 6 years sleeping rough and living in third world communities looking for solutions to the biggest problems of our time.

I've spent thousands of hours training elite performers in the gym and researching how to make them better.

I'm a husband, father and entrepreneur and I'm now working everyday at re-shaping the way the world looks at itself.

I have really enjoyed the program and the had my most consistent training, the accountability helps massive. Plus I am taking the ketones so it has really pulled my my diet back to where it should of been.
